What we collect

Through this enrollment portal we collect student information (name, date of birth, grade, contact details, academic and discipline disclosures), parent/guardian contact information, medical and emergency-contact information, uploaded documents (birth certificate, photo ID, transcripts, proof of residence, IEP/504 documentation), and electronic signatures with the date, time, and network address of signing.

Children under 13

Where a student is under 13, we collect their personal information only with verifiable parental consent, for enrollment purposes only. We do not sell student information or share it with third parties for marketing. Parents may review their child's information, request corrections, and withdraw consent by contacting the school.

Security & breach notification

Records are stored privately, transmitted over TLS, and access is limited to authorized school staff. In the event of a breach of security affecting personal information we will notify affected families as required by Fla. Stat. §501.171.
